Teamwork.
True teamwork, without the limitations of "bosses", power dynamics and hierarchical structures.
Real teamwork, where everyone is a leader, with clear roles, responsibilities, purpose and alignment, where we honor each other as sovereign beings and leaders of our own domains.
Authentic teamwork, where we leverage each other's talents and differences, where we communicate constructively and continuously empower each other to do our best work.
But how does that work, truly constructive teamwork?
Because none of us learned this in school, and neither in traditional work life.
Heart-conscious collaboration is one of those "New Earth skills", a new way of doing things which we need to master now.
Rather sooner than later, because every day we keep "muddling through" the old way, we lose the opportunity to create so much more.
