How to Practice Self-Organization and Heart-Conscious Collaboration

Three years ago Gaianet started off a small group of "professional hippies", practivists who saw that team love needs to get together and create a network of new, heart-driven systems and solutions for humanity on Earth.

We all felt the same and shared the same vision.

Then the question arose: how will we organize ourselves?

Because: as within, so without.

How could we ever create a decentralized network of love and integrity, when we'd organize orselves internally with traditional power-and-control hierarchical structures?

Luckily, Giulia May was part of the core team, holacracy consultant... and she showed us the path of conscious co-creation: implementing self-organization and heart-conscious collaboration.

In the Gaianet organization there are no bosses, because purpose is the boss.

We are all autonomous professionals, leaders of our own domain. We do the management tasks together as a group, and thereby we are all free to create our own little masterpiece on the greater canvas called Gaianet.

Today, after three years of practicing and setting up the right systems and structures, we are now officially opening the doors for you to join the mission.

Become a Gaianet apprentice:

Contribute to the mission (part-time for minimum 6 months, as of 12h/week) and learn from the core team how to self-organize, run governance together and find alignment as a team, on all levels.

As the apprenticeship is launching anew, participation is at no cost for the first ten applicants (this might change soon).
