Many beautiful projects are happening with the intention to liberate the human spirit and facilitate planetary-scale transformation.

But there seems to be one big struggle almost every team is dealing with...

No matter how well the intentions are. We are still humans, bringing old programming to our work.

So we found that by far most (if not all) leadership teams are struggling to stay aligned.

Unfortunately, we often hear about common tensions seriously slowing down the team's creation process:

... No full alignment around mission, vision and core values (guess what happens when different team members have a slightly different end goal in mind)

... Ambiguity around decision-making processes.

... No clear roles, accountabilities and working agreements defined.

Guess what happens when a team has beautiful dreams, amazing skills and even great financial resources... but the team is not in alignment?

Stuckness, frustration and delay. For which we have no time!

A “New Earth way” of working together

No matter how beautiful the vision we support, we still carry old programming with regards to how we collaborate, how teams function and how decisions are made.

Heart-to-heart colleboration is a New Earth skill we all need to learn.

The Gaianet core team recognized from the beginning that alignment is the goal. We took extensive time to align on our mission, vision and core values. We made work agreements and started practicing Holacracy.

In holacracy, everybody is a leader and there are no bosses.

Sounds great, right?

Except there is one thing:

In order to work more autonomously, you need a lot more structure.

... and that's where most project teams are failing.

They focus on the content and want to produce as fast as possible. But they forget to pay attention to the process of working together.

The Gaianet core team has been practicing self-organization for 2.5 years now.

More and more projects are asking for support in facilitating group cohesion and alignment. Guidance in the process of finding alignment, making agreements and learning to collaborate in a New Earth way.
