We can do our greatest work (by far), when we all show up as sovereign individuals, work on a basis of trust and honesty and all act as stewards of the group process. When team flow becomes the goal, everything else falls into place naturally.
One of the things we as a Gaianet core team are most proud of, is how we learned collaborate. We practiced the non-hierarchical organization form holacracy for two years, had numerous feedback sessions and found that working together has simultaneously become our greatest driver for personal growth.
