Gaianet is Growing
Hello Curious Heart,
It's nice to be with you again. How have the last few weeks been for you? What is alive in your heart right now? What are your intentions for the last month of this year? We'd love to know.
Our Strategic Roadmap
Last week, we held the first of a new fortnightly series of interactive sessions with our Mission Circle and Gaianet platform members, to discuss where the organisation is at and where it is going.
The takeaways from our first Strategic Community Roadmap meeting were these:
Our priority for the next three months is to solidify Gaianet's foundations before we launch anything new. Much of this is already done - defining our circles and the roles of team members within each circle - but we still have some way to go in fully implementing Holacracy, refining our member onboarding process, and recruiting key team members.
We are also working on ecosystem mapping, to understand the field surrounding Gaianet and where we fit within the network of global change-makers.
Our Abundance Circle is actively working on a financial model for Gaianet, and we'll have more information on this soon.
We are considering how to activate the projects and fractals in place on the platform so they can start engaging and growing.
All this work is happening in preparation for the opening of our doors to the next wave of members. We have set this date for 21 March 2021, by which time all current internal projects should be complete. Still to be figured out is whom, why, how many we invite to the platform - all in due course!
If you have questions on any of this or an idea you'd like to contribute, drop us a line.
Gaianet is growing
At this stage, there are open roles in all circles that, if filled, will accelerate our progress and move us collectively towards wholeness.
For this reason, we are seeking a Team Builder as a priority, to take ownership of Gaianet's recruitment process.
The role's accountabilities:
Liaising with each circle within Gaianet to identify which roles need to be filled, and which are a top priority
Monitoring the list of open roles and initiating sharing these within our networks of core contributors and the wider community
Carrying out the first screening of incoming applications
Role requirements:

Fluent in English
Awake and tuned in to co-creating a New Earth
Self-organizing – someone who gets things done
