How we distribute your need
They say that within five or suix degrees of separation, we are each connected to anyone in the world. The Support Line is designed to activate a second-degree (agent) and third-degree (wider network) network for you. Imagine how far your ask can reach! Especially when 1) the ask is formulated laser sharp, and 2) the network consists of value-aligned and supportive fellow regenerators, there’s a good chance your connection request is fulfilled.

Bounty Guidelines for Golden Connections:
A golden connection is a unique kind of connection that is exactly right for you, at this moment, for your unique journey. They may include recruitment, fundraising, clients, service providers, partnerships, powerful relationships and more. You define the success criteria of a golden connection and when you pay for it.
Bounties are optional rewards for introductions and golden connections you receive through Gaianet’s Support Line. By offering a bounty for a golden connection, you motivate our professional connectors and the Gaianet network to invest extra time and energy into fulfilling your need - thereby increasing your chances of receiving a golden connection. You are always free to choose bounties that feel right for your situation.
Some suggestions / guidelines on how to formulate a bounty:

Q: How are you qualified to clarify and fulfil needs?
A: Our agents have multiple years of experience connecting members of the regenerative movement based on their needs and skills. They are active listeners and networkers who are vouched for by members of the community and recipients of the support - line services. We research, develop and validate our methodology to clarify needs and activate the network on an ongoing basis to grow with every golden connection.
We have a large personal and professional network with strong inter organisational relationships and access to valuable channels that we can activate for your needs. Our access to channels to communicate across networks and active efforts to analyse relevant data about projects in regeneration, social impact and distributed authority put us in a competent position to find skills, projects and resources that may not be easily accessible through search engines, traditional headhunters and social platforms.
Q: What if my need was not clarified?
A: In case you did not experience the intended value of clarifying your need within the call, please communicate this to the operator. They will be glad to learn from your experience and refund any transactions made in full if you request that.
Q: What if my need was not fulfilled?
A: There is no requirement to pay if your need was not fulfilled. A golden connection is defined only by your own success criteria, so you decide if it was fulfilled. If a partial, yet satisfactory fulfilment took place, you can communicate this with an operator to adjust your bounty payment.
