Highlights of our work
Samenzorg
This team, building a healthcare system in Belgium in the form of a network of ‘health houses’, was about to fall apart. Interpersonal conflicts, unclear organizational structures and lengthy meetings with little output.
Highlight: Six months after hiring Gaianet to facilitate their core team meetings, the Samenzorg team had transformed completely: personal tensions were resolved, clear working agreements and collaboration processes for self-organization were established and one team member was trained to facilitate the team’s meetings moving forward. New Earth Facilitation Experiment
Many beautiful projects work on New Earth solutions, but there is close to no interconnectedness between projects working on similar solutions in similar fields.
For this reason, Gaianet initiated a cross-collaboration experiment between 30 organizations (based on the research findings of Gaianet’s ecosystem mapping project).
Highlight: After two rounds of facilitated operational meetings, the connection and interaction between the involved projects improved stongly. Relevant knowledge and connections were shared between projects, and the participants especially loved the laser-like focus and hyper effectiveness of the meeting format.
Gaianet Network
As humanity’s systems are about to collapse, Gaianet wa sinitiated to facilitate new solutions to empower local self-sustaining conscious communities. Since March 2020, the Gaianet network expands with a growing member base every week.
Highlight: Currently, the Gaianet organization is established as one of the most mature practitioners of self-organization and heart-conscious collaboration in the New Earth field. Community members find heartfelt soul connections and deep trust in fellow Gaians from all over the world.
Gaianet connects projects and professionals with the relevant knowledge / people / tools for their journey, and every week several leading edge pioneers and co-creators enter the trusted “soul family” network.
Plant medicine facilitator community
The community struggled with mission/vision alignment, getting organized and coordinating work. Gaianet guided a group of 60 participants to create a mission and vision statement in 1.5 hours with input from all participants. Liberating Structures were used to accomplish this.
Highlight: After that, it took off and the community implemented most of the best practices for self-organization and heart-conscious collaboration.
This community is still growing every month, and is considered the most successful psychedelic facilitator ceremony in the world (stated by ICEERS).
